Bubba Speaks Up

BubbaI’m coming up for air after spending untold hours in the studio this weekend. There is a new black sheep, Bubba, taking form on the design wall. He’s  bit colorful for a black sheep. My animals have a way of telling me their names, just like Bubba did. I was trying to call him Baa Baa but he corrected me as I was writing this. Some sheep are just a little pushy. Once you meet him you will understand why I say this.
I’m ready to start the background. I have some ideas for it but I’m sure Bubba will have an opinion too.

Coming up this weekend is the opening of Muses, an exhibit by the Front Range Contemporary Quilters at the Durango Arts Center. I think it will be a great show if you are over in that corner of the state. I have two pieces hanging, I Hate Shoe Shopping and Red-Tail in the Rain. Leah Dennison from BLT also has her piece, Vortex in the show.
